Email platforms often sort mass-distribution emails for you, removing them from your primary Inbox view without your knowledge--and every platform is different. For example:
🟡 Gmail: Some parents find some of their school-related messages automatically going to the Promotions or Social folder. Others find important mails in Spam.
🟡 Yahoo! Mail: You may find them going to Spam, or sorted into Offers, Newsletters, or Social tabs rather than their Primary tab.
🟡 MS Outlook: This separates your emails into Focused and Other, and may send SRVHS to the Other tab.

Remember that SRVHS mails come from various email addresses (your Class Mom uses one address; your principal, another; your PTSA yet another; the school board yet another; and your Grad Night Comms come from yet a different address). So make sure you look through ALL the mails that your platform "thoughtfully" hid from you and follow these steps for each item.
I used "GN Communications" as the example of the sender because... ummm... I'm biased 😆, but look through these lists and do this for ANY email coming from our school or district.

Click the Settings icon in the upper right corner of the Outlook Mail web page.
