Help design and build sets: All through winter and spring, the sets are being designed and built. We need doers! Traditionally, parents of seniors do this, but we welcome all! You DO NOT NEED TO BE ARTSY OR CREATIVE, but it's great if you are. Come to the build site during the open hours we'll announce and help in any area. SIGN UP HERE.
Fundraisers: Sign up to FLOCK YOUR SENIOR. Attend GIFTS FOR GRADS on April 30. ORDER A BANNER for your graduate.
Donate as an individual or as a business: We need cash, food, and prizes. DETAILS HERE. Check out our AMAZON WISH LIST for prizes.

Attend our fundraisers: proceeds fund Grad Night! Coming up are the GIFTS FOR GRADS and GRADUATION BANNERS fundraisers!
Help move new sets to the school: Over the May 30 weekend, we will move all the now-designed Grad Night sets to the school. We will need help from the whole school (not just senior parents) to move the sets.
Staff Grad Night (the "night of"): This is huge! Parents of all grades are expected to take a shift. Read about our pay-it-forward tradition. Sign-ups will be posted. We will need you so flippin' much!
Help tear down and clean up: The day after Grad Night, the parents of the rising seniors (that's us, Class of 2026!) come clean it up, decide what to store for their own event, decide what to toss. Get ready, '26!

I know you need volunteers to help design and build, but do I need to be creative π¬ ?
Good news! You do NOT need to be creative or artsy to help build the sets! Just be willing to help; you will be given all the instructions you need. But if you are artsy, we absolutely welcome your creative vision and passion.
What if I absolutely can't find the time to volunteer?Β
While we need all parents to help make this a reality, if you can't find the time, please consider donating to make a safe and sober Grad Night possible!
How can I check if I already purchased a ticket to Grad Night?
Here's how you can check.
Can my child bring a guest who goes to another school?Β
No; unfortunately, SRVHS Grad Night is only open to SRVHS students.
I've signed up to volunteer on Grad Night itself. Can I eat from the food trucks? π―
The food served at Grad Night is for students only. We love our volunteers! However, we only have funds to order a limited amount of food. As a volunteer, please consider eating prior to your shift and bringing a snack or water to fuel you during your shift.
